I've had a real technical challenge lately and it seems to work out for the better good. First I lost all midnight12.com data (huge bummer!), means CMS, streams, design, components, plugins, configurations of all settings etc. I tried installing nginx as it's slightly faster than Apache2 but somehow I managed to mess the whole system by locking it in the end till the system had to be re-installed because I threw the towel at the end. Simply had too little space to take a backup and transfer it via mobile data to my PC. Tried being nice to my wallet (mobiledata is expensive) and the phone ISP who would also have had to pay for my traffic. So I will have to create a whole new website on midnight12.com but I think it will be to the better good as I found an old friend, Smart Scripts. They've helped me build my sites before and they are stepping in again to supply me with a really cool tubesite script called Smart Tube PRO. Back in the days when my sites back then had traffic and produced signups as candysticks in a candy store (1:1000, PPS+Revshare) - it was also powered by Smart Scripts, nginx+apache and MySQL though with the difference it was pictures linking to user submitted flash clip and movie galleries (even before YouTube and Vimeo existed) also selling advertising spots per customers who liked heavy traffic. This website type is called MGP (Movie Gallery Post). YouTube jumped into a trend I guess, just said "Keep it up!" - neat, reflecting time like that :-)
It takes time to build a castle, some are faster than me though, but my luck is that I'm really patient and to some it might look as hard work all these sites - might be (at least you need focus), but I do enjoy it at the same time. For every step taken I also learn the requirements process in the occasion something is lost; training PHP, Server Configurations, CSS, HTML, english skills (syntax of words, abbrevations and also the meaning in order to create better articles), - pretty cool skills that I like having high level because they do help if someone else steps into trouble and they don't know how to continue. I enjoy helping people if I'm not caught up myself.
Finally got my diamantx.com domain working again with a template specially self-made for the domain and purpose, I think it looks pretty sharp and dandy. So if you're searching for clips/videos/movies I have combined the SE to search multiple sites at once and show results tabbed which makes it easier for people to find what they need - it even show a sample image on the left. If you have any suggestion(s) as to which sites should be included in the bot, you are welcome to leave a comment with your suggestion(s) and I will add them asap. In the end it will become a more complete Search Engine and you will get free traffic towards your suggested site if people find a matching result on it.
What's up now!?
GLOVM.COM had an complete overhaul and it had a new theme installed. Looks really awesome and with a complete new system; nginx, ISPConfig3, MySQL running on tweaked ubuntu 19.04 *Disco Dingo* it looks like the whole mess with re-installing the whole system doesn't really matter. Keeping positive! My network of sites guiding visitors into my solutions is also running, 30+ top-level domains sending C->B->A and A->B. Just need to have the IP's setup correctly to make it work more structured and for better SEO ranking.
If you're wondering? Adepca.com Statistics
If you're thinking about how many visitors come to this site each day on adepca.com these are the current statistics taken directly from Cloudflare.com.
I guess it's actually pretty good thinking about what topics I've managed to cover up until now and the lack of really good articles. GLOVM.COM achieved Google PageRank 3 and Adepca.com have a Google PageRank 2. Still building :-)
It's been a while. I've been busy in private with personal stuff. However it seems that traffic is starting to convert into signups which is pretty awesome. I have attached an image for you to look at (it's from the 16th. July 2019 until 31st. July 2019) from one of my sponsors BongaCash.Com. I haven't included a full-screen sized screenshot - but it gives you a good idea of what we're dealing with taking all into consideration. I've created a Whitelabel called Liveshow18.com and attached it to the network which is being feeded from SE's, tube and the blogs currently in the network. Seems its working pretty nice after all :) Thanks for your comments and showing of support so far even though I can't answer them all personally I do see you have some conversations going which I'm trying not to interfer with. Happy summer so far and have a great day! ;)
I finally finished off creating a graphical display of the 2nd. strategy which I've been using for some time on midnight12.com. If you prefer higher volumes of traffic this is the way to go - just be sure to select/register domains that are niche specific to the products you are selling.
You are free to modify the strategy as you please if you know any improvements by doing something different, remember to leave a comment if you want to share - in general it shows the first layer of domains and how to setup the DNS entries of each domain. Safe travels :)
So running over statistics my heart nearly took a hit because I thought my site was slow and alot of online users were displayed in the Current Sessions statistics in the footer of my website. Got happy and thought "Hey, either I must upgrade or the site would suffer from being underdimensioned in connection capacity making everything slower", this was until I looked closer into who were online and saw that SEMRush were indexing my site. This is a good thing, however sending appr. 50.000 sessions simultanously isn't really pleasant to my real users and therefor I blocked the bots running on the site to get a real feeling of what is what. I both blocked via .htaccess (anothe,r link2) and PHP to be safe sure.
Here are the entries for .htaccess and your index.php file if you'd like to block SEMRush (remove the tags to regain getting indexed, SEMRush can be a valuable asset in your webmaster toolbox of source sites where you can analyze data and it can even help you get ideas to improve your website):
BrowserMatchNoCase SemrushBot bad_bot
Deny from env=bad_bot
PHP entry inside the index.php home file
header('HTTP/1.0 403 Forbidden');
echo "Blocked temporary!";
While I do agree that bots are a must to index the whole thing, there's really no need to have hundreds of bots using the site at the same time on the same site. Bots likes to surf porn? ;-D This is my own "failure" though, since I'm using another tactic instead of related feeder sites, all domains that I use for this network are being *redirected* to midnight12.com to serve what people are looking for when they enter one of the network domains. 90% of my traffic are visitor type-in traffic originating from good keyword domains. Bad thing is the address URI changes in the browser but that's really the only downside to it. It's the best setup to gain traffic level besides doing onsite SEO and keeping to the strategy of building more sites with content related to the niches that are targeted. I will optimize the code to be more friendly if someone is looking into copy parts of the website for their own sake. Copyright wise I really don't mind if ie. a footer link or sourcecode link <!-- source: domain.com --> appears somewhere if you're happy with the result otherwise just keep the source private and see how far you can bring it ;-)
Online life right now.
Pornhub.com made some cool changes I noticed, logo changed and thought I've just got myself a friend, not sure if it has something to do with me visiting their very large library of porn or if they are just happy to have friends around on the large premise of the internet. I'm trying to promote content that suits my own personal taste (this being a big mistake because the site would get more traffic if it hosted all niches), perfect content does exist but is really really rare, mostly only few streams per website if your even that lucky. If I started importing content from 3rd party feeds there should be enough for all sexualities the coming 1001 years. This would be a bad idea because my server produces timeouts at around 60.000 simultanious connections and getting indexed for that much content would produce a traffic level that would make midinght12.com too slow for users to be happy surfing it.
The chance of hundreds of bots on your site is however slightly unreal because you probably don't have 40 related top-level .com .dk .net domains pointing to your site with A Record <Apache Server bound IP > and CNAME www linkedsite.com.
In Chrome Browser this produces a nice redirect that doesn't make your domain take a hit but instead just making a refferer on the target site logs. The theory is "The more the merrier" and site wise this suits me perfect because there's no need to have alot of sites promoting a product/niche showing shared content even though this means more content space as in more place for advertisements. Will see where it ends someday. Right now I'm testing theories gathered from years of surfing the internet.
Content must be unique to every site in your network to be home safe. This also protects you from "Duplicate content" which in reality is "Duplicate tags content". Google is a META Search Engine and looks into your content to make their algorithm produce SERP results.
Duplicate content could be <title>, <h1> and <meta> while <body> is the Search Engine´s Metadata to sort out relevancy, in between subpages on the same domain. If the same code is mentioned on another site it's something else which is called Hype. Hype is a very good thing and only seldom achieved, depends on ones network but also sometimes wallet size or product popularity, first to mill serves as father about the hyped content.
Bing is more relaxed as Google and they work slightly different, thanks for that, this is probably from being the youngstar in the group of Search Engines trying to finetune their algorithm to suit most of their users personality/personal preference/taste best, I guess this is what they call personalized content which normally runs per account like on Google. Before it was a voting/rating system that worked per-click ranking SERP results which Google Toolbar started to introduce (they were most likely the first to combine clicks/popularity with content Metadata and present them as a relavance search result, devided by keywords and present this too as a product, keyword ads/adwords).
Storage, Streaming OS and some music.
Smartphones could learn from dualboot systems though they (producers like Motorola, Nokia, Apple, Samsung, HTC, Huawei and the new pet Xaomei) also as ourselves like focus and else they are looking for commitment to a brand, customer care and giving an individual experience. Freedom of flavour for the ones with no concerns.
Actually I have a project that is serving a bootable Operative System via netboot feature IPX. Just need some working clients that will be served centralized and then have a GUI giving the users the free choice of OS and flavour. Developers should be able to upload their ISO and working configuration to get listed on the boot GUI. Maybe through paying a fee. If a user needs a legal license to "play" the system then the system could use the working internet connection and paying with a creditcard option for what they need and store it per account. Flat-clients are used in businesses, they don't need to be able to play high-def games or read and store on really fast SSD discs. The thing I'm working with is however suited for both Desktop computers along with flat-clients only using local storage as a backup drive. It would bring all the available Operative Systems (all the different workspace/desktops) as networkboot option into all computers that support the IPX netboot feature, which in the end would mean a live system personalized catered to each enduser which I think is what Microsoft is aiming for building their OS entrance when installing, taking their Windows 8.1Pro installer into notice?
On fiber connections there will not be any speed issue. Fiber connections even work faster than a current-state harddrive. The only limit is the Wifi connection or cable connection to the desktop (cable being the slowest but most secure solution).
Future looks bright :-)
Happy day for Adepca! 1000 visitors decided to create an account on www.adepca.com which shows great support for the content on this website. Traffic is coming in at a higher pace and users seem to be happy with the offers they get presented from ads which is awesome. I've taken some time to register and put in some more websites to generally lighten up the network a bit and for strengthening the current linking structure. With time I will add a forum to Adepca.com and also I will be starting to seek informations on how to become CA with ability to issue out certificates for websites at a competitive price level, for this time being you can use the banners I've placed in the right side of the screen to purchase domains, certificates and webhosting. I hope you will take your time and invest it into making your own network(s) larger, also it would be nice to get to know some of you on a more friendly level. Right now it's more like a dictator writing to followers rather than friends interacting, the comment fields are open for submitting your input within each post. Furthermore I will refine the "Adepca Linking Strategy", it was released a bit early but in general it is a almost complete blueprint as far as you can stick to the released version and use it for your own good. Have a great day all. Some music to relax a bit after this read: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=c_iRx2Un07k
Back on track. I've finally made up my mind and want to share something with you. It's a linking strategy that I've come up with which I'm trying to implement into my own network (it tend to get a bit muddy sometimes). Thanks to Google I've made this sheet faster than expected because of fast updates which means I can draw conclusions faster. This is almost what it's all about. It shows you how many feeders, how they are linked, where they are sending traffic and where to link into to money makers. I hope you can use it for something. Select a starting point and work continuosly towards your target which in this case would be a complete network. When you're done with your first network move to next network (new paysite or other moneymaker) and so forth or keep building your first network to outgrow your competition. This way you will be #1 and stay #1 until someone else beats you to it. Enough said about performance, do it with your own pace and work as many hours you can withstand. Don't get stressed over 1 or 2 networks. Good things come with time and does take passion to complete.
OK. So all together it seems I finally managed to build a website that looks pretty cool, design wize - and works flawless technically. The website is running on one dedicated server (midnight12.com). Platform is Joomla 3.1.0 running with some plugins and customized modules to make it all look good and jelly.
The template on the website is a customized version of protostar, default Joomla template. DNS is managed by Namecheap.com and consist of 1. A record 51.77.1XX.2XX, 2. CNAME www.midnight12.com. I use CNAME for the www part as its recommended by Google for best practises when running a website and if you want to keep away from duplicate content. Traffic is coming in and I do see some activity in regards to member registrations and visitors - so it turns out to be quite a nice project - I know from past projects that if one is consistant with updates and let the time pass some, the Search Engines and your visitors will thank you by keep coming back :-)
My best advice is to build a website towards the visitors and not to please the Search Engines, since it is your visitors that will be using your website. The SE´s are just a pleaser factor to make it easier for you to get settled and move on to different projects or to broaden your existing website with new and fresh content. Advertisements are going to be the next step for midnight12.com and I know exactly how that will turn out. Really fucking expensive, but alot of visitors to pay the bill by using my sponsors (affiliate programs I am using).
Here´s a screenshot for the people who are technical savvy.
Some music to start the day: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wKdOrFGojQE
I've been spending some time on Midnight12 with setting up DNS and getting everything ready to make the site possible. Perfect setup. One should figure that a tube is supposed to be uploaded to - but I stumbled into a problem considering upload and Cloudflare. They have a filesize limit for uploads making it impossible for me to keep using them because it's simply to small. 100MB (500MB with an Enterprise solution) doesn't even cover 5mins of video means I need to supply myself with DNS server. Good thing is that the server i purchased from OVH comes with everything: DNS, WWW, FTP, MySQL and all bells and whistles which basically means I can move from Cloudflare onto my own premises. Let's see how the site works when it has moved. I kinda got to like their statistics, but I have my own as well :-) I also finally tweaked Apache2, MySQL and PHP so the settings should be perfect for hosting a large amount of visitors daily. The problem occured while I was trying to upload larger videos, I simply could not understand why the server kept disconnecting/refusing connection after a few moments of uploading. I finally found the culprit and uploads work again.
Cloudflare maximum upload size:
I just activated the domain midnight12.com and uploaded an old backup I had from a prior site. It seems Cloudflare works good for statistics as well, so I might just use them for all my projects. Right now I have the following domains running live:
This should be enough for now. Will try to add feeder sites to the mix.
I have been around for quiet a long time, my first internet was connected back in 1996. I made a private website for my HAMradio interest (OZ8KIM). Later on I made a school project, sathack.dk. Cracked some pay-tv codes for Viasat and Canal Digital supplying Multimac and Nordic files for people who wanted to watch pirate-tv. The site had 80K visitors per day. It ended with me getting hands on a Management key throwing it into public. Made first class grades with that site (13 in Information Technology on a scale from 00 till 13, thats as good as it gets without breaking the scale). I've had numerous sites of either one thing or the other. KimsMovies.com was the largest site by far. 625K visitors on the frontpage per day. I also posted galleries to sites like TheHun and other Gallery Post sites, around 20 of them. The gallery server ran with peak traffic of 1.6M visitors per day coming from all kinds of sites, feeding my main sites by sending people over via advertisements on the galleries. Today people post videos on tubes to do the same job. All in all a total of 2.475.000 daily visitors were running through this network of sites that I managed back then. Right now I do utilize some WhiteLabels from AWEmpire.com. LiveDiamant being a site mostly with Blonde white girls and Streaming Pleasure more of a mix of everything. These sites do not get alot of traffic because I haven't done any SEO work for them. I'm building a small network of sites trying to grab traffic from here and there. I have 25 .com domains just waiting to be spent on webcam related material. Today I'm focusing on webcamlike.com and I even managed to purchase liveshow18.com today too. Later on I will start with link building and getting the sites more structured. I do have some ideas on how to send traffic uphill, in the middle of everything it really does seem a bit confusing. This will get better with time :-)
I've been working on a small project to learn more about how to tweak a site into receiving as much organic website traffic from Search Engines as possible.
The website address is http://www.glovm.com . It features thousands of reviews/profiles from various providers within the adult webcam industry.
At first I thought it would be a good idea to buy some hosting. I found a hosting provider who had some nice packages to choose from and they are not all too expensive, it even comes with CDN (Content Delivery Network) which means they will port content out to satellite servers closer to the visitors reducing load times for visitors. The whole setup was purchased for around 175Euro and lasts 1 year. However I did extend the time with one year extra means it will not die off before 2021.
I installed Wordpress 1-click which basically means that it updates Wordpress automatically without needing me to interfer. I gathered a few plugins and a theme that works perfectly with the content the site is distributing. After a few days I noticed traffic coming in. There haven't been many sales yet and I will tweak the site more into a salespitch rather than just serving as a ressource.
Right now the website receives 3.8K visitors per day on average. I do hope this will get better with time - all traffic now is type-ins and organic Search Engine traffic coming from Yandex, Google, Bing and Baidu, etc.
In a not so far future from now, I'm going to purchase a Dedicated server with a handfull of IP's as this is a must since shared hosting accounts tend to fail with this type of website. This also enables me to do a bit more SEO work on the side resulting in more visitors to the website. It will also help on loading times. Here you can see a graph from my Urchin 6 log stats :)
